Background

My priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy can feel unfamiliar or even intimidating at first, so I aim to make it feel like a genuine, collaborative conversation rather than something formal or overwhelming.

You might be navigating questions about your identity, relationships, or life direction. Maybe things that once felt clear are shifting, or you’re trying to understand what feels right for you now. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy creative expression through music, writing, and storytelling, as well as spending time with video games and other forms of art and media.

My background growing up in Vietnam and later navigating life in a different cultural context informs how I understand identity, change, and the complexities of living between different worlds. I bring this perspective into my work with clients exploring transitions, relationships, and personal growth.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your experiences. I aim to support you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.

I draw primarily from person-centred and narrative therapy, while also integrating tools from approaches like CBT, IFS, and Emotion-Focused Therapy when helpful. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I adapt our work to suit your needs and goals.

I am committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and supportive space for clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

I want to acknowledge that who I am and where I come from shapes how I see the world and practice therapy. I am a Vietnamese queer, cis-gender woman living and learning on unceded, ancestral, and occupied, traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Watuth), Stó:lō, Shíshálh (Sechelt) and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in creating authentic and sustainable change.
