The number of counselling sessions needed depends on the complexity of your goals and on other factors that will be discussed.

We are influenced by a variety of theoretical orientations such as Narrative Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and many others. These approaches will be adapted to best meet your needs and you are encouraged to openly contribute your ideas and suggestions throughout the therapeutic process.
